DILUTION : Dilute Cinnamon Leaf at a percentage of 0.5% of the finished blend, approx. 10 drops of Cinnamon Leaf Oil to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up 1% when diluted in the bath or in a wash off product. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.
AROMATHERAPY : Add a couple of drops to your diffuser or burner and enjoy the warming, comforting aroma of Cinnamon Leaf.
MASSAGE : Add Cinnamon Leaf Oil to a carrier oil of your choice and combine with other essential oils to create your very own personalised massage oil blend. We love Almond Sweet and Apricot Kernel.
